6. User Submissions

By providing information on the mytour Platform, you grant mytour and Operators a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submissions in connection with the Services.
7. User Representations, Warranties, and Undertakings

You agree not to provide any User Submissions that infringe on third-party rights or violate laws or regulations.
Removal of User Submissions
mytour reserves the right to remove any User Submissions at any time for any reason.
Responsibility for User Submissions
- You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and any consequences of posting them.
- You hereby represent and warrant that your submissions do not infringe on any rights or laws.
- You are responsible for your activities on the mytour Platform and must not engage in illegal or harmful conduct.
- You are responsible for any taxes or governmental assessments related to your activities on the mytour Platform.
8. Registration and Security
Opening a mytour Account
When using the Services, you may need to create and maintain an account with mytour (referred to as your “mytour Account”).
Providing Personal Information
- To access certain features of the Services, you may need to register with mytour and choose a password and username (your “mytour User ID”). If you use the Services through a third-party website, your mytour User ID might need to match your username on that platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Failing to do so will be considered a violation of these Terms of Use, which may lead to the immediate termination of your mytour Account.
- You agree not to: (a) select a mytour User ID that belongs to someone else with the intent to impersonate that person; or (b) use a name for your mytour User ID that is protected by the rights of another individual without proper authorization; or (c) offensive in nature, including but not limited to names that are disrespectful to modesty, religion, race, politics, or any other sensitive topics.
- mytour reserves the right to refuse registration or to cancel a mytour Account at its discretion.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
9. Reviews and User Content
Review Agreement
- By completing a booking, you consent to receive confirmation messages (via email and/or app notifications) and invitations to fill out a guest review form after participating in an activity. Completing a review is optional. Confirmation and review messages are transactional and not part of marketing communications, from which you can unsubscribe. Reviews may be posted on the relevant activity page on the mytour platform within 72 hours to inform future customers about your experience. Submitting a review may earn you mytour credits applicable to future bookings, subject to conditions. Any fraudulent activity will result in the cancellation of mytour credits, which may be deducted from your account without notice.
Rights to User Content
By submitting a review, you grant mytour full, permanent, royalty-free, transferable, and irrevocable rights to use your content. mytour may translate, edit, modify, refuse, or remove reviews at its discretion.
Compliance and Warranties
You confirm that you will adhere to these Guest Review Guidelines and represent that:
- You own or control all rights to the user content you post or distribute.
- The content is accurate and not misleading.
- Posting or transmitting such content does not violate these Terms of Use or any applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of any person or entity.
Content Restrictions
Reviews must not include obscenities, inappropriate content, hate speech, personal information of others, or irrelevant promotional content. They must not defame, harass, or infringe on the legal rights of others.
Legal Pursuit
You grant mytour the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that violates your or mytour’s rights regarding content submitted in breach of these Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for any user content you provide.
Treatment of User Submissions
Content submitted by users is deemed non-confidential, and mytour is not obligated to treat it as proprietary. mytour reserves the right to use the content as it sees fit, which includes deleting, editing, modifying, or refusing to post it. There is no obligation for mytour to compensate users for submitted content or provide an opportunity to modify it once submitted. mytour is not required to attribute authorship of content to you.
10. Booking Confirmation, Tickets, Vouchers, Fees, and Payment
Booking Confirmation
Mytour services will usually have instant confirmation, however, some services may require more time to confirm.
Purchase and Use of Vouchers
Mytour may offer vouchers to be used only on mytour Platform services. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase containing a Voucher confirmation number and a printable version of your Voucher.
Voucher Terms
Vouchers can be used only on the mytour platform. The vouchers are for one-time use and must be used by the specified date; no refunds will be issued.
Vouchers Cancellation
We apologize, but vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
Required Assistance
If you have trouble using a Voucher in accordance with these Terms and the relevant conditions, contact mytour at [email protected] for assistance.
Additional Charges
mytour reserves the right to charge fees for any Services offered. You agree to pay all applicable fees as detailed on the mytour Platform.
Modifications to Charges
mytour may change its fee structure at any time with notice.
mytour’s Rights and Obligations
mytour reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings that violate its policies.
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
General Policy
Some tours and services are eligible for cancellation and refund; however, generally, there is no refund for cancellations or no-shows. Customers are advised to check the tour specifications for cancellation and refund details. If no specific information is mentioned, it will be understood that there is no cancellation or refund available.
Price Match Guarantee
In the event that MyTour offers a price match, customers must present valid evidence from an official website that offers the same service, package, tour operator, day, time, quantity, and location.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If a customer is unable to maintain the payment method, MyTour cannot be held responsible for any issues regarding the refund.
Timing of Refunds
Refunds may take between 3 to 60 business days to process after approval, depending on the customer’s bank.
Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mada, stc pay, and SAMSUNG Pay. Please note that these payment methods may change without prior notice.
Additional Fees
Customers should be aware that their bank, payment wallet, or provider may impose additional fees. MyTour is not responsible for these charges.
Currency and Fees
Payments will be collected in Saudi Riyal (SAR). If you are using a different currency, your bank or payment provider may impose additional fees, which are beyond MyTour’s control and responsibility.
Modification of Bookings
Modifications to bookings may be allowed depending on the specific tour or service. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance regarding any changes.
12. Discounts
mytour Coupons
mytour Coupons are one-time use discounts sent to your email or applied to your account, not refundable.
Discount Abuse
If mytour detects fraudulent acquisition of coupons, it may terminate your account, cancel accrued rewards, and refuse Services.
mytour Rewards
By signing up for a mytour Account, you automatically join the “mytour Rewards” program, if available, and agree to the program’s terms.
13. mytour Referral Program
Program Overview
mytour may allow members to earn Coupons by inviting friends who make confirmed bookings through authorized channels.
Referral Terms
- Coupons can only be earned through official referral mechanisms; attempts to bypass this system may result in account forfeiture. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
- No coupons will be granted if bookings get cancelled.
Program Modifications
mytour reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
14. Privacy Policy

To understand how mytour handles your personal data, please refer to mytour’s current Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy.
15. Indemnity
mytour’s Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and protect Company BOUSSELA AL-RAHLAT To organize tourist trips LLC, including its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, from any damages, liabilities, settlements, costs, legal fees, claims, or demands made by third parties arising from your access to or use of the mytour Platform. This includes any violation of these Terms of Use or infringement of intellectual property or other rights by you or anyone using your mytour User ID.
16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Parties’ Relationship
mytour does not have any special relationship or fiduciary duty to you when you access and use the mytour Platform and its content. You acknowledge that mytour does not control and is not responsible for: (a) which users can access the mytour Platform; (b) the content you access through the platform; (c) the effects of the content on you; (d) how you interpret or utilize the content; or (e) the actions you take as a result of exposure to the content.
Services and Comments
You recognize that the Operators may provide Services on the mytour Platform, and that suggestions or recommendations may come from either Operators or other users. mytour does not guarantee the accuracy of any descriptions related to the Services or the validity of any suggestions or recommendations made about Services offered or purchased through the platform.
Exemption of Liability
- Company BOUSSELA AL-RAHLAT To organize tourist trips LLC, the mytour Platform, and any associated companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, or employees will not be liable for any lost profits, or for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from: (a) the use of this mytour Platform; (b) these Terms of Use; (c) any breach of these Terms of Use by you or a third party; (d) the use of the platform, tools, or Services by you or any third party; or (e) any communication or transaction between users, even if mytour was advised of the possibility of such damages.
- These limitations and exclusions apply regardless of whether the damages arise from: (a) breach of contract; (b) breach of warranty; (c) strict liability; (d) tort; (e) negligence; or (f) any other legal theory, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- The mytour Platform, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information available through it, is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, mytour makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, regarding the content, materials, or information available through the platform, the Services, or any third-party links, or regarding the safety of transmitting sensitive information through the platform.
- You acknowledge that any communication to and from the mytour Platform is not confidential and may be intercepted by others. By submitting communications to mytour or posting information on the platform, including tours or activities, no confidential or fiduciary relationship is created between you and mytour beyond what is outlined in these Terms of Use.
- You agree not to hold mytour accountable for content provided by any Operator or third party and acknowledge that mytour is not involved in transactions regarding Services provided by any Operator or third party. mytour has no control over and cannot guarantee the security of any transactions, tours, activities, or the accuracy of any listings or content provided by third parties on the platform.
17. Interaction with Third Parties

- mytour Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by mytour.
- Links to these sites do not imply endorsement or recommendation by mytour of the third parties or the materials available on those sites.
- Accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk. You confirm that you have read and agree to abide by the relevant policies of those third-party websites when using the Services, in addition to your obligations under these Terms of Use.
- mytour does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. mytour cannot and does not monitor or edit the content of these sites. By using the Services, you release mytour from any liability related to your use of third-party websites.
- Your dealings with individuals or organizations found via the Services, including Operators, concerning payments, delivery of goods or services, and any terms related to those dealings, are solely between you and those parties.
- You should conduct any necessary investigations before engaging in transactions with these third parties, whether online or offline.
mytour’s Responsibility
You agree that mytour is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from such dealings. If disputes arise between users on the site, or between users and third parties, you understand that mytour has no obligation to intervene. In the event of a dispute with other users or third parties, you release mytour and its affiliates from any claims or damages related to those disputes.
18. Termination
Termination by mytour
- These Terms of Use remain in effect while you use the mytour Platforms or Services.
- mytour may terminate or suspend your access to the Services or your membership at any time, for any reason, without notice, which may lead to the loss of all associated information. Additionally, mytour may immediately terminate or suspend any Services and access to the mytour Platform without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
Effects of Termination
- Upon termination of your mytour Account, your access to the Services and the mytour Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations.
- If your breach leads to the termination of these Terms, mytour reserves the right to cancel any outstanding Vouchers you purchased prior to termination, with no refund or liability to you.
19. Passports, Visas, Documents, Licenses & Insurances
Your Responsibilities
- All travelers, regardless of nationality and destination, must check with the embassy or consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements.
- Since visa and health requirements can change without notice, mytour recommends verifying these requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before departure.
- You acknowledge that some Operators may require you to comply with local policies and provide necessary documents or licenses to use their Services.
- mytour strongly advises you to obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy before your trip.
20. Governing Law

- These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
21. Miscellaneous
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, allowing the remaining provisions to remain in full force and effect.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these Terms of Use without mytour’s prior written consent. mytour may transfer or delegate these Terms and its rights and obligations without prior notice to you.
Language of Terms
- These Terms of Use are drafted and will be interpreted in Arabic. Any translations are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the Arabic version and any translated version, the Arabic version will take precedence.
