Our 4 hours tour includes stops at Batu Caves temple, a batik factory, and the famous Kanching Waterfalls.
Upon reaching Batu Caves, you can climb the ancient stairs leading to the entrance of the cave system (272 steps in all), to get a magnificent view of Kuala Lumpur when you reach the top. The crowning glory of the Hindu temple is the gigantic statue of Murugan standing atop the entire structure. At 140 feet, this is the second tallest statue devoted to any Hindu deity and it’s the largest statue of a deity in the world. Walk around the limestone cave at your own pace and appreciate nature’s beauty.
Upon reaching the bottom, you can enjoy fresh coconut water to refresh yourself after the climb. Tourists will then be brought to a batik factory to watch a demonstration of free-hand drawn batik. You may also purchase some memorable, locally handmade souvenirs.
Then continue to Kanching Falls, with its breathtaking seven-tiered waterfall. Enjoy the lush greenery of tropical rainforests and waterfalls accompanied by the calming sounds of nature. It’s a blissful retreat for nature lovers as they find their way through the surrounding flora and fauna. The cold, gushing water is perfect for a refreshing splash or a relaxing picnic. Once you visit, the beauty of Kanching Waterfalls will remain one of your best memories and experiences.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in the city centre with lasting memories of Batu Caves and Kanching Waterfalls.
Note: We recommend that our guests wear sunglasses, sports shoes, long pants, T-shirts, and a hat. You may also bring a separate set of dry clothes, a towel, and insect repellent.
